Refund policy

Return Policy and Process

All items are eligible for return within 14 days of the original delivery date. Given the delicate nature of what we sell, items must be unused, unbuilt, undamaged, and with original internal packaging intact to proceed with a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To help ensure your items are eligible for a return or to initiate a return, please message info@sayalight.com. 

Extended Holiday Return Period

Items purchased between December 1st - 20th are eligible to be returned up to Jan 10th 2023. 

Cancellation

Orders must be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible and often your order will be out the door within a few hours. It is not possible to call our couriers back to the warehouse once they are outbound.

Other Refund Requests 

We do not offer refunds without returned product as listed above. Due to our inability to control environmental and political events that may effect the delivery of your order, we do not make guarantees on delivery times listed on our website, nor do we guarantee delivery of every package. We will work with you and do everything in our power to communicate with our couriers should a package be lost, stolen, missing, or damaged to retrieve your item and/or file a case report. We recommend to include your phone number on your delivery information to ensure couriers can easily contact you regarding the delivery of your item(s).

Product Quality Guarantee 

We guarantee our items from manufacturing defects. Should you notice any inconsistencies in our quality, we simply ask that you send us a photo of your defective or incomplete item prior to building it and as close to within the original packaging as possible. Items deemed to be defected are eligible for free parts replacement or exchange. Rest assured we will cover shipping costs for parts replacement or exchange to ensure your satisfaction. We do not offer full refunds on defective items.
